Airports

The nearest airport is Faro International Airport (FAO). The drive to us takes about 35 minutes via the A22 and A2. From Faro Airport, take the A22 towards Portimão, Loulé. After about 8 km, stay on the A22 towards Lisboa, Albufeira. After about 22 km, switch to the A2 towards Messines, Lisboa. Take exit 14 for Messines, Silves.
From Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS), it's about a 2-hour and 5-minute drive via the A2. Take exit 14 – São Bartolomeu de Messines, which leads directly to the N124, bringing you to São Bartolomeu de Messines.

Car Rental & Transport

Both airports have well-known car rental companies like Europcar and Enterprise.
Alternatively, you can also take an Uber or Taxi to us.

From the entrance gate of the Quinta, the last 500 meters are along a well-maintained gravel road.

Public Transport

You can easily reach São Bartolomeu de Messines by bus or train. The São Bartolomeu de Messines train station is just 5 km from Quinta do Vale, and we are happy to pick you up from there.

Check-in & Special Notes

You can check into your holiday apartment from 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, feel free to relax by the pool at the Quinta!

If you arrive late, don’t worry, someone will be there to welcome you personally. Just let us know by phone if your arrival time changes.
